How to connect 8880gtx

right i have a 550w psu with only 2 molex connectors. now if were to buy 2 of these.

I'd would check the amperage required, as the 8800GTX are a bit power hungry

The 8800 GT and 9800 GT are the same exact cards and require only one PCIE power connecter and a decent PSU with at least 26 amps on the 12v rail.

However the 8800 GTX is more powerful and requires two PCIE power connecters and a slightly beefier psu.

dont know the make but i know the specs.
550w psu
+5v=35A
+12=24A
-12v=0.5A
+3.3v=22A
+5vSB=2A

The 9800 GT is 6 pin and your PSU should be able to run it if it's a quality brand.

19 pounds is great! It is an older card however it isn't bad.

A lot of older games (up to 2009) have the 9800 GT as the recommended card and newer more graphically strenuous games state it as the minimum.

its a ECS G31T-M7 V7.0

That 9800 GT is a pretty good match for your system however I wouldn't try overclocking with that card unless you get a better PSU.
