Pretty solid build. If you just watch movies and are not too serious of a gamer, I would suggest going down to the non K marked I5, save some cash on the CPU and the aftermarket cooler (just use the stock cooler if you are not going to OC). If you are going to OC I would go with the Hyper 212 EVO. It can be gotten for 30 bucks and cools better then some 100 dollar units. Solid build though, very nice comp for 700 bucks.

Change the video card. $180 is too much for the 560 ti. Get a 7850 2gb for the same price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131473

I also usually suggest getting low-profile ram to ensure no trouble with CPU cooler obstruction.

And there is a nice deal on an XFX 750w Pro on Newegg (Promo code + MIR). It's overkill for your system but if you ever want to add a 2nd card... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207015

I guess I just gave you better alternatives at about the same price... Since you are trying to go lower, I might mention, it'd be hard to stick with a 3570k and 7850 level GPU and go much less. You could probably squeeze it out if you drop the quality/performance of your case, cpu cooler, PSU, and maybe HDD.

ohhhhh sorry. Just noticed its about 938 dollar build. Still very nice. If you are trying to get lower, then definately go with the lower end I5, use stock cooler, maybe go with 4 gig of memory (you can always add two more dimms later, 8 is more then I use for gaming), prolly go with a lower MOBO.

I would maybe replace these parts CPU, Mobo, and PSU. To shave some cash off. If you want to go 60 or so bucks even lower you can further downgrade to an I3, which will probably still serve all your needs if you are not a heavy gamer.

Also just go with a 660 instead of a 660 TI for a videa card, shave another 70 bucks or so, that is if you are indeed not much of a gamer and are fine with lower settings and all that. It is about 15% less performance or so but hey 70 bucks is 70 bucks.
