Budget Range:Very Flexible, but $230 is about as high as am willing to go, because that is the range where my goal GPU currently is.

No plans to overclock. I don't mind if the card comes stock overclocked, but I won't manually touch any of the clock settings.
Now, this needs an explanation. Currently, with my 460, I am running two monitors. The main monitor is a 1920x1080 and the secondary monitor is a 1280x1024. With my new video card, it is essential that it be a quad-display card and I WILL be running a 1920x1080 and another 3 monitors at 1280x1024.
I am really stuck between two cards. Either a GTX 650 Ti or a GTX 660. I look at benchmarks in some places and I cannot seem to conclude whether the 650Ti is more or less powerful than the 460. Some benchmarks show the 650Ti clearly ahead (and it makes sense, because it has like double the cuda cores, higher base clock...etc), but other benchmarks show the 460 demolish the 650Ti...either I'm looking at the wrong source or I'm missing something. Can anybody clarify as to which card is superior and by how much (460 768MB vs 650Ti)?
The other card which I think will be a very big upgrade (seems like day/night from benchmarks/specs) is a GTX 660. The cheapest I see them for is around 220-240 and a lot of the board partners sell them well overclocked out of the box.
I want to clarify as to the stance of the 650 Ti compared to the 460 before deciding. I wouldn't mind settling for a similar performance card since it provides 4-display support and the out of pocket expense if I sell the 460 would be similar if I got a secondary card anyway.
What is your take on this and which board partner do you recommend? (EVGA/MSI...etc or does it not really matter)?
