HD6670 fan stop?

I have a question. I recently bought ASUS HD6670. I switch ON the computer, the graphic card fan worked but after an hour like that the fan stop working. I have a 500watts PSU. So, what should I do to make the fan spins back? Do i have to take off the PC case? Because my graphic card fan pointed downwards :/

PC specs*
AMD athlon dual core x2 215 2.7Ghz
4GB RAM

Does the card still work? The fan connector may have gotten loose or its dead. If the card doesn't work, then try and reseat it in its slot. If that doesn't work, then the card may be bad.

The card works fine, but only for a few hours :/ Ive also check the fan connectir, its still okay. I also try reseat in it slot and on the pc back. Still the same
