I have a MSI 7850 with a very good cooler and i had an MSI 6850 before that which served me well. Sapphire do one with a very good and quiet twin fan cooler too

yep the 7850 is better and you won't be needing 2gigs of VRAM either.
When I'm playing just cause 2 at 1080p it hardly uses 700megs of VRAM

So HD7850 FTW!

good for just cause 2............. I wouldn't buy a video card at this point in time that had less than 2gigs of vram at 1600 res and above.

I second that. Mine has 2gb of ram and i got it on sale for the same price as some 1gb models. What country are you buying in? Maybe you can get a good deal on a 2gb as it will last longer

650ti is an inferior card than 7850 alright. but when you consider sheer value the 650ti is currently an exciting proposition.
AC3 free is probably one of the best offer i have seen on a entry to mid range card ever.
i would have bought the 650ti for that great deal alone.
but since you not interested in AC3 the 7850 will be a better long term investment for you and in general for people who dont change their gpu every year
so go for 7850. personally i would recommend sapphire or msi cards.
i dont like the big ugly cooler on gigabyte while it does a great job of being cool.
avoid powercolor.
