Good or Bad built for its money?

I have a budget of around £320, is this a good build?

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case
Novatech PowerStation Gaming 500W Silent ATX2 Modular Power Supply

I'd get the FX-6300 or FX-4300 over the 965. It's only about $20 more.

Well, it really depends. For editing & what-not, the 6300 will prevail because of it's 2 extra cores. The FX-6300 also is newer, runs off of a 32nm process instead of 45nm. You might also see a slight gain in performance in games.

But some people will tell you different. Me being me, I'd get the 6300 just because it's newer But really, both (or all three) are good processors. You get what you want to.
