Hello My name is Preston and I would like any of you to review my PC.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE

Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD Evo

GPU: Sapphire Radeon Hd 6850

PSU: Corsair Cx430 V2

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200 Rpm 250gb (This one I especially need help on if you find a cheap 60-70$ Hard Drive please tell me or recommend one to me cause this hardrive isn't that good.

RAM: G-SKILL RIPJAWS 1333 MHZ 4GB Dual channel

DVD Drive: Sony Optiarc DVD drive

Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+

Monitor: Acer x193w+ 1680x1050 resolution (I especially need help on this category because I bought it on craigslist for 65$ thinking it was 1080p and a viewsonic but I ws double crossed they switched boxes on me. So now stuck with it is it worth 65$ if not what should I sell it for. I could use it as a temporary monitor but I really want to get a 1080p monitor. Tell me your thoughts and any recommendations You have for getting a new monitor.

That about wraps it up review it tell me of any bottlenecks and recommend anything that is better. Thank you :D

Go for the Western Digital Caviar Blue. If you already have the Barracuda, you may as well use it in your computer alongside the new one to get more storage.

That monitor is not that bad. Might as well keep it for a second monitor.

I would go for the Radeon HD7770 with this build.

Yes I do own everything I posted just waiting on the processor to come in the mail. I have the barracuda already. well I feel kind of ripped off on the monitor for 65$ I don't think it was worth it... It doesn't even seem like a good monitor... Do you guys know how 1680x1050 stacks up to 1080p? I already have the 6850 installed btw so can't get another gpu. How much would a new hard drive cost? that western digital caviar blue how much would it cost?

A new hard drive would cost around 60$ and mabe i could get 15-25 for my old one. So you guys suggest getting a new hard drive and using the monitor, even though it's not a good monitor.

I would say use it, and if you dont like it you might as well get a new one. There's no real "bad" resolution.

Well what is the comparison for 1680x1050 and 1920x1080? are they on par below par? I'd expect HD to be better but I do not know.

Like I said, there is no real "par" for monitors. I use a 1280x1024 on a few of my builds and until recently, I used a 1804x1014 for my main computer.

I would buy your monitor after you experience how it works with the card.

What? No, sorry, I meant to say I would keep, not buy.

My bad lol. Just wait and see how games look on the current one. If you are not satisfied, get a new one.
