Scandisk Error #2

This is for a different computer than my other post.

I am getting this error message:

ScanDisk was unable to correct this error because there is already a file or folder named 'feedback.html' in the top-level folder of this drive. To repair this error, quit ScanDisk by clicking Cancel, rename the file in the top-level folder, and then restart ScanDisk. To continue checking your disk without repairing this error, click OK.

How do I fix this?

Try different setting in the ScanDisk options, do not check the option to fix dublicate names (sorry for possible misnaming, I don't have Win9x/Me available at the moment).

I checked the options that I have selected for Scandisk and I do not have the "check files for duplicate names" selected. Any other ideas?

I ran scandisk and took off the option to "automatically fix errors". When it gets to the error mentioned previously, it asked me if I wanted to delete the file and I said YES (PLEASE!!!). So, I have now run scandisk several times since then and am error free!!
