Hello everyone, recently i found out that one of my favorite video game franchises, TOTAL WAR, is coming out with there next game Rome 2:Total War, and now i need help. :p

my current pc set up can run Battlefield at Medium/High settings, same with skyrim, but with no anti-aliasing or anything. so i know it's time for an upgrade... here's my current P.C setup

this is my p.c : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=5041228

Motherboard: MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E)
Processor: Intel Core i7 cpu 870@2.93ghz (8 CPU's)
RAM: 6GB (i think it's DDR3)
Screen Res: 1920x1080
DirectX 11 is supported
Operating System: Windows 7 home premium 64-bit
BIOS version 6.12
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5570 approx memory: 3807MB
Monitor: HP 2210 Series Wide LCD Monitor

and that's pretty much all of it. i can play games fine with it, but i think it's about time i updated my graphics card. i was thinking i might get this one, a AMD Radeon HD 7750

: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Asus-ATI-Radeon-HD7750-1GD5-DVI-HDMI-DisplayPort-CrossFireX-PCI-Express-3-0-x16-/310470223115?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item484977a50b

but im not sure, since it say's it PCI-E 3.0 compatibale, i have no idea what PCI-E means (im still an ameteur when it comes to all this stuff :p) so yeah, i really don't want to get a huge chucky one neither because my case isn't really the best for ventilation, and i only want to replace the Graphics card, nothing else, so does anyone have any suggestions? im not picky if it's nvidia or AMD, i would rather have AMD since i have been with them for a while, but i have no problem trying a Nvidia. :D

so is there any suggestions? thanks my max price would be $135 (canadian Currency)

the 7770 is a better choice, but your power supply is the limiting factor with buying that card. RTW2 is not coming until 2013, I would say wait for AMD's 8xxx series. the 22nm will be more mature, so possibly less wattage is needed, and you will get a better card for the same price.
