S Spokane Valley PC Tech Reputable Dec 29, 2014 2 0 4,510 Dec 29, 2014 #5 According to Dell, after proving the laptop was not stolen, they gave me a reset password. It did NOT work so the tech dept at Dell said its a motherboard issue and the mobo needs replaced. Hope this helps keep you from chasing your tail? Upvote 0 Downvote
