Led in tower is on even when tower is unpluged

I just brought home a new pc and it sits on my desk beside my bed. Tonight i noticed a green led was glowing in the back of the case.( coolmaster nvidia edition) the cade is supposed to glow green when on but the side never does if its supposed to, just the front glows when on. So to get sleep i unpluged the case but the light remained on...

if it is the LED that shows the network status that will stay lit as long as there is a network cable plugged in.
