As long as there is a PCI-e slot and sufficient power, you can run whatever graphics cards you want on there.

After googling your motherboard, yes, you have a PCIE x16 slot. As manofchalk already said, if you have the PSU to back it up you can run whatever.

Type of memory a graphic card has on it has nothing to do with motherboard compatibility.
