I already have a lot of HDD space, so I don't need that. I am a bit worried about the size of the case, will all of this fit well in there? Do you think that this cooler would be good enough to cool the 3770k at 4.2 Ghz?

Feel free to comment on anything else if you think I could save money anywhere, or get a big performance change anywhere for not too much money.

Many people have tried for years to find one GPU to handle well both 3D graphics and games. You will be the first I've herd of. The drivers are simply diametrically opposed to each other. Also, I would do a little more research on SSDs.

Luckily my modeling suite only uses the GPU to run the GUI. All rendering is done with the CPU.

I send anything really crazy to a render farm though.
