Hello,
My 8800GT died after 4 years and 4 months.
I replaced it with a ASUS HD 6670 2GB and
it has better frame rates in FSX. Why is the
rating less in my computer?

1) I'm assuming you're referring to the WEI score from Microsoft.
2) I would guess it's because the drivers you installed for the HD 6670 are not on the WHQL list.

WEI is pretty much a useless benchmark.

According to this an 8800GT and HD 6670 should be very similar in performance.

The 2GB of VRAM may help in FSX even though the HD 6670 is not powerful enough to really use the extra VRAM.

don't worry about the that useless rating, it got better frame rates and that all it matter.

+1^ to all the above answers, the windows experience index is completely useless, I had a HD 5670 that scores 7.3, and then I had a onboard HD 4200 score a 4.0 and a onboard HD 3000 (which is worse than the Hd 4200) score a 4.4 and it is much worse than the HD 4200.

I'm thinking that it likely has to do with the effective Frame Buffer size of the card as another user has already pointed out. I think this because an 8800GT has a superior Texel and Pixel Fillrate which tends to be the deciding factor under most older titles (FSX being included). But FSX is also pretty heavy on the memory buffer size (lots of textures to load).

Therefore it may be possible that you cannot hit the theoretical performance figures (fill rate wise) of your 8800GT 1GB due to the smaller frame buffer size yet do not have this problem with the Radeon HD 6670 2GB card.

Thanks to all replys it seems I should just forget WEI and enjoy my faster frame rates.
