Clean Install Help

Hey guys. I am wanting to do a clean install but I would like to check somethings first.
Do I need a new serial code to activate the OS again?
I have Win7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM SP1.
If I put the CD in then go to the CD boot menu I originally had when building my PC and clear the HDDs can I then just reinstall Windows?

Mobo: Asrock Extreme3 Pro Gen3
OS: Win7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM SP1.
HDD: Caviar Blue 500GB

You can reload, however if you have an OEM key you may need to contact microsoft to reactivate your copy of windows. Usually OEM keys can only be used once but may work if no hardware changes are may, per the OEM license agreemenmt. Microsoft will give you another key as long as the existing key has not been used multiple times. That guide looks reasonable.
