Building first pc - need GPU

Hi, I'm currently building my first gaming PC and I'm wondering between 2 Graphic cards.

I'm tempting to go with the first one. but some people is telling me the second one is better(better cooling system). Witch one do you guys thing I should go for? Witch one would be the best? I want to play BF3 and other big games in max, or at least close to max settings.

For starters I would suggest rather than the UD5H - which itself is a good board, to go with the UP4 TH, which adds Thunderbolt support: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128558

The EVGA is an excellent card, I've heard good things about the Twin FROZR, but I'd actually suggest going with the Gigabyte Windforce which has the best cooling solution: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125423
