Hd 6670 ddr5 or hd 7750 ddr5

Hello,
my rig
intel core2duo e7300 2.66 ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
window 7(32 bit)
gigabyte 945GCM-S2L( i think its PCI-Express)
PSU-Frontech(ATX P4 POWER SUPPLY JIL-2414B).dont know its wattage.
Monitor-Samsung Syncaster S20B300
Currently i have gpu Zotac gt430 2gb ddr3,but i want a better card for playing games at resolution 1600*900.
Can i upgrade to hd 6670 ddr5 or hd 7750 ddr5?
1. which one is better and compatible with my configuration?
2. will my psu run these cards?i dont want to spend on new psu.
and
3. will they bottleneck as my processor is old ?

I see you also asked this on Yahoo. Anyways, from what I've found, your PSU is 450w, which should be fine. But if you could open your case and read the label and tell us what the amps on the +12v rail are it would help. Your CPU should be OK for those cards, but an upgrade should be coming. The 7750 beats the 6670 by far, and is the fastest card that doesn't need a 6 pin connector. Both are compatible, and I would go for the 7750 if you have the money for it.

it says 19A on the +12v rail.

its fine then
its a bit lower than it should be but it should be fine.
7750 consumes less power than 6670 and also is more powerful. so the choice is obvious

i have bought HIS hd 7750 ddr5 card(1 gb).but there is a problem now.no doubt hd 7750 is very fast,the game never lags, but the image or game quality (i mean to say that colour resolution,colour effects,shining colours ,colour details) are not up to the mark.before this ,i was using zotac gt 430 ddr3(2gb),the games looked brilliant.no doubt i was getting low fps than the hd 7750 but colours of games were awsome.but not in hd 7750.i have tested this card on mass effect 1,2 & 3,nfs the run,hot pursuit 2010 and darkness 2.but the game colours of all these were looking better in gt 430.hd 7750 is missing that colour shineness in these games.
what could be the problem.plz help me.i tried every setting in catalyst control centre and also changed monitor setting,but still didnt get such colours contrast and shineness.what should i do.
in short using hd 7750 games are running smoothly but the games looked more beautiful in gt 430.plz help what to do.thanks
