So yeah I want to play games on the pc at like max graphics (ultra settings) with a steady 50-60 fps. Here is my current build so far and also feel free to change some things. My budget is $1500 since im not that rich :p. I also think i'll be buying everything from Micro Center since there in my neighborhood.

Solution
In a word, yes.

If you want to save cash, drop the H80 for a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. The closed loop coolers are fairly pointless against air cooling unless you go all out and get a H100, even then its debatle. The 212 EVO will hold a good overclock on the 3570k.

Dont bother with the 680, its a 5% performance increase for $100 over the 670. Also dont get EVGA, reference design cooling runs louder and hotter.
Gigabyte GTX670. $400
