MSI Radeon HD7970 Lightning vs GTX 680 Lightning?

Hello, I want to upgrade gpu to play games like (Skyrim with ENB, BF3, GTA5 when it comes, and other games including physx tecnology). Here is my system with GPU.
i7-2600 3.8 GHZ
Motherboard-MSI z77 Mpower.
GTX 680 Lightning or Radeon HD7970 Lightning.
Corsair Enthusiast 750W
Cm Strom Trooper.
So wats the best GPU for my System? Money is not a problem.

Gameplay Summary

Max Payne 3 : All four video cards were playable at 2560x1600 with the highest in-game settings selected and FXAA Very High. The MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning took this game averaging 73 FPS. This is 7.5% faster than the AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition and 8.1% faster than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning was 4.8% faster than its stock settings averaging 76.5 FPS. At 1920x1200 the MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 111.3 FPS and was 25.6% faster than the AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition which averaged 92.7 FPS.

Battlefield 3 Singleplayer : All four video cards were playable at 2560x1600 with 4X MSAA and FXAA High and highest in-game settings available. The gameplay experience was nearly identical between the MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning, the AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition and the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680, which all performed within 2 FPS of each other. The MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning was the fastest of these averaging 44.8 FPS. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning was 5.8% faster than its stock settings and averaged 47.4 FPS. At 1920x1200 the MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 69.3 FPS which was over 5.5% faster than both of the reference video cards.

Battlefield 3 Multiplayer : The MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning had the best performance in BF3 MP averaging 58.5 FPS at 2560x1600 with FXAA High and HBAO enabled. The AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition was only playable at 1920x1200 with 2X MSAA, FXAA High, and HBAO enabled and averaged 63 FPS. The reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 was playable at 2560x1600 with FXAA High and SSAO enabled and averaged 59.5 FPS. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning was 4.6% faster than its stock operating speeds and averaged 61.2 FPS with the same graphics settings.

Batman: Arkham City : All three NVIDIA video cards were playable at 2560x1600 with FXAA High and all other graphics options on the highest setting, including PhysX set to High. The MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 51.5 FPS at these settings which is 8.2% faster than the reference GeForce GTX 680. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 54 FPS and was 4.9% faster than its stock settings. The AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition struggled in Batman and averaged 47.6 FPS at 2560x1600, with FXAA High and highest in-game settings, except for PhysX.

The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition : All four video cards were playable at 2560x1600 with AA enabled and Ultra in-game settings. The MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 44 FPS which was 5% faster than the AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition that averaged 41.9 FPS. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 46.2 FPS and was 5% faster than its stock settings. At 1920x1200 the AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition averaged 76.7 FPS and was 7.7% faster than the MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning which averaged 71.2 FPS. The Overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning averaged 75.2 FPS at this resolution.
