Is this a good computer for Gaming and Streaming on a budget?

I am wanting to play game slike BF3 and Skyrim on atleast high graphics, and Streaming at atleast 480p. Is this a good computer?

Memory: Kingston DDr3 Hyperx 8gb 1600MHZ
Hard Drive: SATA 2TB
Optical Drives: SATA DVD-RW-OEM
Video Card: ASUS GTX660
Case: Collermaster HAF912 Advanced W/USB3.0
Case Fans: Coolermaster CM MF200mm and Coolermaster CM 120mm
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit home Edition
Will this be a good computer? I am not advanced at computers, so keep it less advanced, please.

if you plan to stream I highly recommend you get an SSD as your primary hard drive for OS and games and a standard hard drive as your file storage
