M5A78L-M NO POST/NO BEEP/NO DISPLAY was working fine

I have recently purchased a new AMD PILEDRIVER FX-8350 to go into my pre existing system which includes

ASUS M5A78L-M LX DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD
AMD PHENOM II X4 960T AM3 3GHZ QUADCORE
2xG.SKILL 4GB DDR3 TRIDENT X C10 2400MHZ
XFX HD6790 840M/4200M 1GB/D-DVI/HDMI/D-DP
XFX CORE EDITION 550W 80PLUS PSU

After installing my New FX 8350 i was recieving no display to my monitor yet CPU, HS, Fans, GPU are all recieving power but no POST. I then tried my RAM in several configurations to no avail. still not getting any display or POST with or without RAM

My problem now arises as after going back to my Phenom X4 i am getting the same issue still, No Display, No POST even with no RAM in now i still get no beep response. This system was working 100% as it currently is about 30mins ago and now nothing.

I am beginning to think something may be fried possibly Mobo but i really doubt it would be. I have disassembled and reassembled several times now with both CPU's and still getting the same results. This is the first time encountering an issue like this in many many pc builds and my first time requiring assistance to fix.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's an old thread but if you still haven't figured it out, your motherboard doesn't support 125 W CPUs.

What have you done since?
Did you fix it? Did you get a new mobo ?
