Which video/graphics card I need to upgrade an emachines W2686 AGP 8X video 512Mb to 1 Gb?

You are asking the wrong question. Just getting a video card with more video ram in it will not do anything to speed up your computer. That system is from about 2004.

You need to post your full system specs (CPU, RAM and power supply at least), and why are are looking to upgrade.
