Is there a way to get a list of the /vsay phrases on a multiplayer game?
I've been hearing Southpark and Duke Nukem phrases but I don't know how to
invoke them. Thanks!

Well, (in ET) there's a vsay menu, i can open it by pressing 'v' which
might even be the default, not sure. If there are custom vsay's, they
should be in there.

No..no. The best way to get those is to type "/kill" in the console.
