Cant connect through lan or wan

Hey guys, I'm having a lot of touble with my internet here. I cannot connect through lan or through wan. It keeps saying my drivers for both are the problem even though it was working yesterday before i turned the computer. I am using a netgear 600n windows and I think it is worth mentioning that I have a gigabyte motherboard that in which I accidentally accessed the "smart lan" function, and I believe that it when all of this began. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

It's saying windows couldn't bind the ip protocol stack. If that helps.
