New Build need suggestions

Hello,

I'm looking for a tight budget build of $250-$300 (10k - 12k PhP) but i can't figure out how to do it, I already have a
-Monitor 1990x440
-Keyboard
-Mouse
-Speakers
I'm looking for an AMD CPU I just play non-high end games but I would like them to run smooth even on decent details like C.Ssource/LoL/NFS.Mw/DoTA/ArtixEntertainment games/JaGeX games and I would also use it for Photo/Video Editing. if I'm missing anything just inform me and I'll let you know, Thanks!

uh man, 250-300 isnt going to get you anywhere.

i'm sure this is a rather tight budget but i am also sure people can find something that would fit it

You want a machine that can game at decent settings, and video edit on a $300 budget... Aint gonna happen, $400 is what I consider the minimum for a PC and that will only get you something fit for Microsoft Word.

Might have to save up a bit.

Both the posters above me are correct, you can't really go anywhere with $300.

If you really must have one though, I can't suggest anything more than a pre-built APU system.
