Which gtx 680?

ASUS DCII Top. Best cooling, highest stock overclock, extremely quiet. The only con is that it's a triple-slot design.

btw does the asus one come with 4gb of vram as well?

I don't believe it has a 4GB model. However, that isn't very important unless he's running a triple monitor setup or something.

EVGA makes the best video cards, but I have an ASUS DCII triple-slot card myself and love it.

I like it's cooling solution, but there's no way I'd be able to put 2 in SLI on my little GENE motherboard. It would be awfully crowded.
