Problems with PCTV

Hi,everyone.I have an ASUS A7A266 and a miro(Pinnacle) PCTV.
The application of miro freezes everything and I have to reset.The memory is 96 MB SDR,Ali AGP 1.82.Bios mobo(1.0A)
