When I try to play a DVD, I get the following error code,
COOD1164 Condition ID 0x00000000. With Interactual
Player it says the DVD decoder is not found. Help

Interactual is not actually a DVD decoding program. It is a program that
helps you access the PC only features on the DVD itself.

You still need either PowerDVD, WinDVD or a similar program that has DVD
decoders. (www.gocyberlink.com and www.intervideo.com)
