Sir could you please provide me exact information regarding compatibility issue. I am quiet bit of confused. Does My computer specification is suitable for 560 ti or 560 non ti version graphics card?

coputer specification intel 3.06 ghz lga 1156 core i3-540 processor,Mother board GA-H55M-D2H http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3465&dl=, psu has specification
Ouptut +3.3 v +5v+ 12v
20 A 25A 20A
Max Output 190W 240W
430 W

Or else suggest the Best possible graphics card within Rs 15000/-. Without undergoing any change.

if your PSU could deliver 100% load on the 12 volt rail, which it won't, it will be close. so i would advise against that.

a 560ti will use ~140 watts which is too much.

this is what that PSU can handle:
Sapphire AMD HD 7770 OC Edition Rs. 10058
but a much better card would be:
Sapphire AMD HD 7850 1GB GDDR5 1 GB GDDR5 Rs. 13910
with getting this PSU:
Corsair VS450 450 Watts PSU Rs. 2428

Sir Can I go for 560 non ti version from Asus ? Can my psu handle it?
http://www.flipkart.com/asus-nvidia-geforce-gtx-560-1-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itmd2rynhtf3zspc?pid=GRCD2RYNHB7JKGUJ&ref=c93461e0-8203-4c1f-8a54-bcee6d8ee0be&srno=m_1_2&otracker=from-search.

Actually I am more inclined to nvidia gtx.

Sir and if i have to upgrade my psu then I want to go for the Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7950 OC Edition 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-hd-7950-oc-3-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdc2raw99csueg?pid=GRCDC2QTBPZHV8HQ&ref=2a97fa19-763c-4491-95ce-eb733d54fb98&srno=s_3&otracker=from-search
then which PSU will be enough for this upgrade? If you suggest the answer I will be extremely grateful to you.

My total budget cannot exceed Rs27000/-(maxmimum)

With only 20 amps on the 12v rail you would be pushing it as a standard 560 needs about 24 amps.

sorry the least expensive PSU that can handle the 7950 would be:
Seasonic ECO 500 500 Watts PSU Rs. 3766

the total cost is: Rs. 27627

honestly that 7950 will be too much for the i3-540 to handle. a 7870 would be pushing it to the limit. or a nice GTX 660 is an option with the above PSU
MSI NVIDIA N660 TF 2GD5/OC Rs. 16896
