Is there any build (cpu/gpu/ram) that can max out Mists of Pandaria in big cities/heroics/questing zones for under a grand? If so, what would you recommend to do it? Oh yeah, and I guess I should add that I want Windows 8 64-bit and don't need to include a monitor or speakers or anything extra like that.
EDIT: Also is it necessary to overclock to do this? And also, is it true what I've been hearing about AMD and their FX-4/6300 cpu's being total garbage that will bottleneck/gimp my fps regardless of my gpu? I hear so many conflicting reports on everything that it's hard to get a straight answer.
