Trying to install geforce gt 610 graphics card into my dell

I have been trying to install a geforce gt 610 graphics into my dell dimension e310. I have already install a 400W PSU and have been using this site as a reference to try to solve the issue:

You may want to see if the slots are low profile. What I mean by that is this. The top photo is low profile the bottom photo is not. Based on that you may have certain decisions. You can buy a low profile bracket at a store and unscrew the regular profile to fit the low if thats the case. Also, I don't know much about the gtx610 but its a very low end card.

check that you have the newest dell bios. you may want to talk to someone on intel mb forum intel made the mb for dell they wil know if it a bios issue or old mb issue. if the post that you linked are true you may want to look at local shop or micro center for old 8000/9000 nvidia low profile card with 256m of ram.
