Tom's best GPU for the money said :

Best PCI Express (PCIe) Card For $65:
Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 (Check Prices)

Good 1680x1050 performance in most games

We're still sad that the Radeon HD 5670 was discontinued. Although it's true that the Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 has a more capable GPU featuring a 25 MHz-faster core clock, four more texture units, and 80 additional shader cores, the 5670 wields more than two times the memory bandwidth thanks to its 1 GHz GDDR5 subsystem.

Nevertheless, without any significant competition, the Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 assumes our $65 recommendation.

Check BIOS, in the Power Management section. Make sure BIOS has fans set for Full speed.

Remove CPU, remove thermal paste with rubbing alcohol, and then reapply quality brand thermal paste. Watch youtube video for proper method to apply thermal paste. It makes a big difference.

Yes, go for hd 6670.. anything cheaper than that will make anyone look stupid by asking the famous question "will this run crysis?" hehehe If he plans on playing those games he should have saved for a a good video card. Anyway buying a cheap card now and replacing it with a better card later would be waste of money. Just use your integrated gpu and save money for a good video card. At least get 7750 for 720p gaming and 7850/7870 for 1080p gaming. Again, for now use your HD 2000 because the cards that you mentioned will only be a lil bit better..just a waste of money.
