Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L Motherboard Audio ports don't work.

I have a Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L Motherboard and i just reinstalled Windows 7. I have installed the realtek drivers but they appearently dont change anything i guess :? if anyone has any ideas that would be great.
