Computer Resetting Problem

Hello I have a big problem:

My old build was:
case:antec 300
mobo:ga ep45ds3l
ramatriot viper 2x2gb
cpu: e7300
hd: seagate 500gb 3.0gbps
graphics: 4850
psu: corsair tx850m

It was all working then all of a sudden it started resetting.

So I tried connecting serveral harddrives, one at a time, that worked in another computer. Still resetting...

Then I changed the psu to one that worked. still resetting...

I disconnected my sound and changed graphics card, disconnected dvdr drive completely. Same problem.

So then I decided to get a new mobo and CPU which is the following.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
i5-3570k
arctic freezer 7
Corsair Vengeance
corsair tx850m

Put all the new components in and it's still resetting.

Could it be the case that's the problem?

Please help...

never mind, i fixed it, it was just a case of everything failing at once, really odd
