$1000 - $1500 Budget Gaming PC

Looking for a $1000 - $1500 build, my PC right now, GTX 260, 4 GB Ram, Duo Core 3 GHz, 32-bit Vista just isn't cutting it anymore. Can anyone recommend me some parts? I mainly want to be able to max FFXIV 2.0 when it gets released.

Edit: I should add, i want to be able to upgrade this system later when i get more money, but this is all i have to work with for now.

Yeah E8400, i want to build a whole new system, i don't plan on using anything in this PC since all of it is outdated.

Conevniently I just finished a build around this price for someone else. If you want to overclock it, you should pick a Z77 motherboard, the 3570K, and an aftermarket CPU cooler.
