Graphics card crash?

Graphics card: ASUS AMD 7850 Radeon
PSU: Corsair TX650M

Twice now randomly my screen when blank and randomly started flickering and showing random colors. Both times this has happened it was when i played a video, the first time it was a flash video on a website and the second time it was when i played a blu ray movie.

I was wondering if anyone knows what would cause this to happen.

Looks like a dual screen set up to me on the video. If thats the case , have you tried changing the DVI cable or use other ports of the GPU?

The monitor on the left is going through hdmi and the right is dvi, the monitor on the right eventually goes black when this happens. Maybe the hdmi cable is no good and causes this to happen.
