Help..! Need CU-2 control button for Nokia CK-1W kit

Hope someone can assist. I have a Nokia CK-1W bluetooth kit installed on
my bike, with the control unit under the seat and the CU-2 control button
velcro'd to the tank. Today while I was parked up, some kind soul thought
it would be a nice idea to rip this off, so I now have a cable with a plug
on one end and not a lot on the other.

Is it possible to obtain the CU-2 button as a spare part from Nokia, or
would it likely cost more than another complete kit from eBay..?
Alternatively, does anyone here have one they can let me have for a
reasonable price..?
