Anyone have recommendations for an inexpensive monitor?

I need at least a 24", I'm using a crappy Hanns G 19" monitor and its' really beginning to strain my eyes after long periods of use. I wanted to get a really good monitor like the Crossover 27Q but that's a bit out of my budget and the more I read about those it's seeming like the monitors get a lot of dead pixels and it's hard to return them for ones that don't.

Here's a couple I am looking at:

Need to stay around this price range but I'm open to suggestions.

I looked at that one but I'm not the biggest fan of that brand. I would also like to have one with a thin frame like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236175

I also found this Samsung for $149: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001546
