Anyone have recommendations for an inexpensive monitor?

I need at least a 24", I'm using a crappy Hanns G 19" monitor and its' really beginning to strain my eyes after long periods of use. I wanted to get a really good monitor like the Crossover 27Q but that's a bit out of my budget and the more I read about those it's seeming like the monitors get a lot of dead pixels and it's hard to return them for ones that don't.
