I'm building my first ever computer soon and I would like some advice.

My budget is £300 and I want to do some light gaming on it. I want to play games like Portal, Mirrors Edge, Cod4 etc. Playing modern games on medium would be a nice thing too.

I currently have 3 builds but I don't know which one to purchase.

Build 1
Asus AMD Gamer Bundle (Includes M5A97 PRO Motherboard, AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition & 4GB DDR3) - £157.71

Corsair 430W Builder Series CX 80+ Bronze ATX Power Supply - £33.43

Best Value 999 Modded Case with USB 3.0 & Fan Control Red Fans - £29.98

MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card - £79.99

TOTAL - £301.20

Build 2
Asus Intel Premium Bundle (Includes P8H61-MX/USB3, Intel Core i3-3220 & 4GB Black Mamba DDR3 Memory) - £149.98

Corsair 430W Builder Series CX 80+ Bronze ATX Power Supply - £33.43

Best Value 999 Modded Case with USB 3.0 & Fan Control Red Fans - £29.98

MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card - £79.99

TOTAL - £293.47

Build 3
AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor - £89.99

MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard - £37.55

MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card £79.99

Thermaltake Commander MS/I Snow Edition (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case - £43.98

Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply - £35.32

TOTAL - £299.32

My questions are:

Which is the best for gaming?
Can I get better components but get them cheaper or relatively cheap?
Most importantly, will the PSU work with everything?

Thanks in advance.
