Another "First HTPC Build Advice" Thread

Hello,
I have been using a boxee box for the past few years and am hoping to move up to something more powerful using XBMC or Plex. I will mostly be using it for streaming movies from my NAS/online but will also be doing some light browsing. Here is what I have in mind:

CPU: AMD A4-5300
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M <-- Paying extra for this motherboard for the CIR header so I can turn it on with my remote. Is it worth it?
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 4GB DDR3-1600
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB
Case + PSU: APEX DM-387

This will be my first build, do you see any problems with this combination? Would it be worth going up to an A6-5400k processor for an extra $20 or so?
