I just recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and my keyboard keeps going in and out giving me the "USB Device Not Recognized" and "Hardware not installed successfully" errors.
I tried installing my keyboard drivers and my usb drivers.

It's hard finding a Win7 driver for my USB controllers, the ones I did download didn't help. maybe someone can help me, or maybe it's not a driver issue.

Motherboard:
ASUS P5LP-LE
Intel 945g chipset

USB Controller:
Intel(R) 82801g (ICH7 Family)

Then you need to resolve the conflicts. This usually means installing or updating the device driver. The first thing is to remove the device(s) in question one at a time and restart windows. Often it will find the device as new and install the required driver from those contained in windows. If it can not it will ask you for it. Once you identify what you need we can help you find the drivers if you have not been able to. What OS are you using? Also list all the system components please. If this is an HP media center system, list the model number.
