Whats the best graphics and pcu for 200$?

my sons graphic card in his computer stopped working and i wanted to upgrade it for his birthday but i asked this i ran in to some money problems and wasn't able to get the ones people said i should get i wanted to know for around 200$whats the best graphic card and pcu to support it i can spend a little bit more if there's a deal that should not be passed up.

the computer has a quad core 2.5 ghz 6 gb ram and 300 watt pcu

  2. i would like to spend a little more and i dont mind also getting a pcu too but please include it in the around 200$ price range and if theres a deal that too good to pass up i can spend a little more
