Hi, i put together a new system yesterday, it's gonna be a gaming system when i put my GTX280 in it. I was just wondering, are these settings in the bios okay? The computer has been randomly freezing and needed a forced restart, but i think i fixed it when i reset the bios.
Anyway, specs below.
AMD Athlon ii X4 640
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
4GB DDR3 Kingston Hyper X @1600MHZ
GTX280 FTW Editon 1GB
FSP Bluestorm ii 500W
So these setting's, all good?
Vcore - 1.40V
System Temp - 28 Degrees
CPU - 40 Degrees idle (IMPORTANT, GETTING A NEW COOLER TOMORROW!)
Cool n Quiet - Enabled.
CPU Warning Temp - 80 Degrees.
SATA Type - Native IDE.
Any other bios setting's that you think would be useful, just ask and i'll tell you.
