Very Tight budget Pc

Well im trying to make a PC but I live on a country that the components and all is expensive.

I am confused with only some components.

Look:

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220

Motherboard: ASROCK H61M-DGS

Graphic Card: ATI RADEON HD6670 or Evga GeForce 520

Im doing this with 4gb of ram

+1 The HD 6670 is a good GPU and still is pretty cheap

Is that GPU better than the integrated on the CPU? I have another option of GPU:

2GB XFX ATI RADEON HD6570

Is that GPU better than 1GB ATI RADEON HD6670?
