Which 7970?

I am planning to get a new 7970. I have 650$... That would get a Vertex 4 128GB with and a new set of speakers if money allows. But I prefer a better 7970 (A cooler, quieter higher overclock-able one) than a new set of speakers. I will be purchasing off Amazon. Thanks!!!
