i have new flopy drive when i m formatting its showing the error that windows is unable to format the drive

Setup (F2) - Floppy drive configured ?

Device Manager - Any error (other devices) or floppy disk controller or floppy disk drive errors reported ?

Tried different floppies, and protect tab on media set properly ?
