How to set full screen video mirror on nvidia or ati card?

I want to set to 3 digital displays. While i am using the program player to play video such as KmPlayer, WindowMediaPlayer, VLC or etc.,so I want fullscreen video mirror in the third display by having the original video in the first display.

Now i use Matrox Parhelia card and it can set like above. But i am deciding to change to new AMD or Nvidia card.

I would like to know which card? and which driver version? can be set as i want.
Could anybody suggest me,please?

My computer OS is Window XP 32bit. if necesary i can change to window vista or seven.
