Does anyone know how to view/edit phone numbers uploaded from a Nokia
phone (in my case Nokia 6230). Using PC Suite Back-up I have saved a
contents file on my PC (XP Sp 2) which has suffix .nfc (also haved
saved a back-up file suffix .nfb) However the Nokia Contents Editor
cannot open this file. I have tried everything the Help pages say and
but still cannot open a file with the phone directory from my phone.
Any suggestions?

Try Noki at www.nokisoft.com to open/read/parse/extract the Nokia backup file. The supported formats are: .nfc, .nfb, .nbu, backup.arc, contacts.cdb.
