hey guys , i am getting a new card this week and need you guys help.

either the Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2048MB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

Your processor, motherboard and either video card are 3rd Gen (PCIe 3.0) - which is the right approach for a start from scratch build - and both the choices you've selected have the best price-to-performance ratio in the enthusiast category.
