Hello,
I would just like to confirm everything before purchasing these parts. I want to make sure everything is worth its price and also something thats been bothering me is the cpu fan, if it will fit in the case.

Yes, that CPU cooler will fit easily in the HAF 922. I have a HAF 912 which is slightly smaller and the same cooler, there's no problem.

A couple things about your build:
- I'd get a different PSU. I've heard mixed reviews of Antecs. I'd get this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010
It's more efficient, modular, and from a very solid PSU brand.
- The GPU is very weak. Are you planning on gaming much with this PC?
- Get low-profile RAM to ensure that you won't have any problem with your CPU cooler. Here's the same RAM without the heat spreaders: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233186
